Bryan has mentioned that getting through Richmond (for the Roderick Gray) will be slow after 9-30am on Sunday due to road closures and diversions for Remembrance parades.
Good luck each and all.

Thanks to one and all who helped me out after my argument with a farm gate at the weekend.
Special mentions to;-
- Lancaster hospital 10/10 to them
- Andrew for taking me to hospital
- Martin Grimwood for bringing my van home and
- Neil McHardy for persuading me to go to hospital at all, right up to that point I was going to compete and beat Bryan Walker, not
sure how that would work though as I cant beat the man when I am in
full working order.
At home now feeling a bit (LOT) second hand.
The kettle is always on. Thanks again.
